Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser or email inbox.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your items in their original Adore Adorn packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
